Email us from the address you signed up with, and we'll help you get back in.

I forgot my Kid Mode PIN

On the Kid Mode screen, tap Parent, then "Forgot the PIN?". You can use your Speedial password, or confirm with Apple if you sign in with Apple. If you sign in with Google, delete Speedial, install it again, and sign in: Kid Mode will be off, and you can set a new PIN.

Someone in my circle is sending messages I don't want

Press and hold their message in the chat to report it. The person who runs your circle can remove someone, and anyone can leave a circle.
